Attendance: Tony Dorn, JR, Marty Audette, Aaron Enge, Jon Bushy, Jim Efteland, Roz Keefe, Brent Lunke, Kevin Sanders
Meeting called to order 6:05pm

Secretaries Report from June Tabled
Gaming report-$1439.57 after taxes 1st Marty 2nd Jim
Treasures report Equipment savings $1,376.03
General Savings $64,448.95
TRFAHA Checking $6,926.54
Contact credit bureau about past due accounts
6. Concessions Tim Benedict, Regina Sanders, Tony Dorn, JR. Sept 1st contract signing
7. Tim Bergland New H.S. Boys Coach
Scott Bergland Former H. S. Coach wants to remain involved in program possible Ace Coordinator
8. Old Arena: County purchase of old arena and auditorium moving ahead. County will honor our agreement with city when purchase takes place. City Fees possible no change and tournament fees might increase. Tony will have more info for August Meeting.
9.Sub Committees:
Finance: High school looking for check for Mega Raffle. Jim is going to double check amount.
Operations Old Arena: Purchase of a reconditioned Zamboni $12,625.00 delivered, $11,500.00 we pick up. Brent will check with Hartz Trucking on rates. TRFAHA being billed for the electrical to operate the pop machine out side the arena about $50.00 per month. TRFAHA doesn’t receive the commission from this machine. Tony will talk to the city.
10. Hockey Coordinators report: (Rick ) Tournaments are filling up nicely
11. Coaches reports: No 14U team??? those girls will play JV???.
12. Lawful Expenses: Jerseys for Pee Wee’s $2193.50
