iSN'T HOCKEY eXPENSIVE?

what does the cost/travel look like?

  • Age 4-6 (6U) -  All equipment is provided except sticks. The registration cost is only $125 plus coupon books. Boys and girls play together at this-level. No travel occurs at this age. The focus is getting familiar with the game and having fun!
  • Age 7 -8 (8U) - All equipment is provided except skates and sticks. Used skates are readily available and inexpensive locally. The registration cost is only $295 plus coupon books. Girls at this level may play with the boys or the 8U Girls team. Kids will begin playing limited games within northwest Minnesota at this age. No overnight travel.
  • Age 9-10 (10U) – Most of the equipment is still provided at this age and the cost is still inexpensive at $420 plus coupon books. Girls have the option of playing with either the boys or girls program. Each team at this age will have one home tournament and one road tournament per year.

When is Equipment Night?

 We will have an equipment exchange night, in the basement of the city auditorium next door to the Old Arena, for all returning players TBD .  If you are a first year player, we will have a welcome meeting TBD in the basement of the city auditorium and equipment pick up afterwards.

Bantams/15U (6/1/2008 – 5/31/2010) & Coupon Book ($820.00)

Late Fees

There will be a $50 late fee assessed on registrations after August 1st and then another $50 late fee for registrations after September 1st. (This excludes mini-mites and new families into TRFAHA)
